Name and Shame
LinkedIn I really would like to be writing about great customer support but, LinkedIn, what is going on?
I tried to publish a job advert on my company's page and you tell me my email address isn't recognised as belonging to the company.
I fill out your form to tell you the address does belong to my company and then you reply "The work email you provided could not be verified. Please refer to this Help Center article for further assistance". sending me into the 9 circles of "help centre" hell.
I am loathed to go on to a public forum but when the standard routes to customer support don't work, what can one do?
