At Geneva Health Solutions, in addition to having built an Implantable Device Data Management platform which is light-years ahead of anything offered in the marketplace today, our management team has assembled a group of dedicated and driven Remote Care Coordinators. These coordinators are charged with collaborating with our customers across the nation to assist them in providing top-notch Remote Monitoring care to their patients. Unique to our combined platform and service offering, as a company we are both ingesting and managing data from implantable devices from coast-to-coast. One of my many roles within Geneva is supervision and education of our Remote Care Coordinators wherein I frequently review tracings which have come to our team from somewhere across the nation.

I would love to hear your feedback on how your practice would manage the patient with this tracing.

Upon review this tracing, the next most appropriate step in the care of this patient is:

A. Refer the patient to the emergency room for immediate admission and management

B. Schedule the patient for an office visit to consider elective EP study and ablation

C. Schedule the patient for an office visit to consider defibrillator implantation

D. Schedule the patient for an office visit to review and possibly adjust their medications

I would give you my thoughts but because of your awesome leadership, I already have the answer! We have such an incredible team and how lucky are our patients to have a dedicated EP to help manage these often times tricky devices!
