OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE OUT OF HOME INDUSTRY, OF THE HAND OVER FROM THE MEDIA FACTORY (PTY) LTD. TO NALESA MEDIA (PTY) LTD. OF ALL INDOOR AND OUTDOOR OUT OF HOME INVENTORY OF MAPONYA MALL AS OF THE 1ST OF DECEMBER 2020.

Nalesa Media (Pty) Ltd. (NM) is a 100% female BBBEE level 1 owned media company and Out of Home (OoH) site owner. NM has been awarded the bid as per RFQ (TENDER NUMBER RFD/0295), released by Redefine Properties to render OoH sales of all Maponya Mall advertising inventory. NM is dedicated to servicing the industry with the utmost professional and ethical standards as prescribed by all the relevant South African OoH regulations.

NM IS HEREBY FORMALLY ANNOUNCING THAT ANY AND ALL MAPONYA MALL OOH INVENTORY WILL BE BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH NALESA MEDIA AND THAT THERE ARE NO THIRD PARTY AGREEMENTS AND / OR JOINT VENTURES WITH ANY OTHER INDIVIDUALS, PARTIES OR MEDIA ORGANISATIONS IN THIS REGARD.
