Ingredients:

  • 4 oz (120 ml) pineapple juice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) coconut cream
  • Cup of ice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) white rum, optional
  • Pineapple wedge for garnish, optional

Blended version:

  1. Throw all the ingredients (aside from the pineapple wedge) into your blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Stick your pineapple wedge on the rim

No blender? No problem:

  1. Throw all the ingredients (aside from the pineapple wedge) into a shaker or cup
  2. Shake, shake, shake until frothy
  3. Pour into a new glass through a strainer
  4. Stick your pineapple wedge on the rim
