Nadav Zafrir to replace Gil Shwed as CEO of Check Point. Zafrir will take up his post in December 2024 and will also be added to Check Point's board of directors. Shwed, who founded the company 30 years ago and has managed it since, will transition to the position of Executive Chairman.
