We all hear the different types of advice on how to workout every day , what to do and what not to do even until a point where we just get overwhelmed and give up! Well I want to try to simplify things for you to make it easier for you to see results and accomplish your fitness goals! ( hope you’re ok with that ??)???

????? Interval training rather than a simple steady state cardio session makes a HUGE difference! Instead of doing the treadmill for 45 min to an hour, do a 15 min interval training in order which will not only burn more fat while your doing it but more importantly is you keep burning fat even after you finish your workout.???
????? Warming up your core before your workout. Lots of us don’t realize how important it is to warm up our core before getting a workout in. Our core is not just a 6 pack of muscles, it is the center of your skeletal muscular system (“What the hell does that mean Nadav?!” It’s the glue that holds everything together ?? ) .???
????? Proper posture is key! Keep your shoulder blades down and back, especially for pull ups. By doing so, you are protecting yourself from a possible shoulder injury as it helps activate your lats when you’re performing pulling exercises.???
????? Increasing your range of motion of each exercise you normally do and your body will thank you later. So squat deeper, get a higher step for step-ups, elevate your lunges.???
????? The speed of every rep should be devided into 2 portions. The first is the eccentric which needs to be slow and the concentric portion which needs to be fast. So taking the bench press exercise as an example; you will explode when you push it off your chest (concentric portion) and then keep it slow when coming down back to your chest (eccentric). ???
?????You want do more of the multiple joint exercises like squats, deadlifts, push-ups as opposed to the single-joint exercises like bicep curls and triceps extensions unless you want to sleep at the gym and workout for 3-4 hours a day. ???
?????I know I mention this one a lot but again DO PUSHUPS. This is one of my favorite exercises that I do every day! The secret is maintaining proper form: place your hands shoulder-with apart ( I have them slightly wider) , draw a straight line from your chest down to the floor which should be directly above your thumb, your feet should be set up in a way that it feels comfortable and in balance, think of your body as one giant straight line and maintain that throughout the entire exercise, and lastly your head should be looking slightly ahead of you, not straight down.???
