Nabni Launches 166-Unit Luxury Residential Development in Dubai

Leading Dubai developer Nabni Developments has unveiled Avenue Residence 7, its latest residential project in the Al Furjan neighbourhood. The complex will feature 166 luxurious apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, along with key amenities inspired by Emirati culture and a serene outdoor Ghaf garden.

Avenue Residence 7 is Nabni's first Emirati-inspired off-plan project in Dubai, ideally located in the vibrant Al Furjan area, just a short walk from the Discovery Gardens metro station and easily accessible to major highways. This launch follows the successful sales of Avenue Residence 1-6.

This elegant 12-story building represents a new chapter in Nabni’s growth, offering 63 one-bedroom, 84 two-bedroom, and 19 three-bedroom apartments, all showcasing an Emirati-style fa?ade influenced by dhow boats and Barjeel wind towers.
