Naan Bread without Tandoori Oven

Easy cooking in difficult time
Can be made in griddle or also can be made in griddle and finish off at Toaster.
Ingredients
Plain Flower -1000 gm
Egg - 2 each
Whole Milk - 534 ml
Yogurt - 67 gm
Vegetable Oil - 67 ml
Baking Powder - 12 gm
Salt - 17 gm
Yeast - 10 gm
Sugar - 50 gm
Method
First make mixture of everything except flour. Slowly pour mixture over to flour to make soft dough, knead for 8 to 10 minutes and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Make about 12 dough ball and leave to rest for another 20 minute before roll and grill in griddle, or quickly grill both side and finish off in Toaster.
Some butter or ghee for brushing.
