Naan Bread without Tandoori Oven


Easy cooking in difficult time


Can be made in griddle or also can be made in griddle and finish off at Toaster.


Ingredients

Plain Flower -1000 gm

Egg - 2 each

Whole Milk - 534 ml

Yogurt - 67 gm

Vegetable Oil - 67 ml

Baking Powder - 12 gm

Salt - 17 gm

Yeast - 10 gm

Sugar - 50 gm

Method

First make mixture of everything except flour. Slowly pour mixture over to flour to make soft dough, knead for 8 to 10 minutes and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Make about 12 dough ball and leave to rest for another 20 minute before roll and grill in griddle, or quickly grill both side and finish off in Toaster.

Some butter or ghee for brushing.

60 ml Water 30 gm Sugar 5 gm Yeast Keep for 10 minute 250 plain Flour / Maida 15 gm Milk Powder 2.5 gm Salt 30 gm Yoghurt 15 ml Oil Dough Mix Add water slowly Make soft Dough Rub Oil Cover Keep Room temperature Dough is ready Divide in equal Roll the ball Bake in griddle Brush to finish with Butter
