N26 to Offer Free Stock and ETF Trading for All

N26 announced it will offer free stocks and ETF trading to all customers from January 27, 2025, becoming Europe's only financial provider to trade without fees or commissions. Customers in 18 European countries can invest in over 4,000 US and European stocks and global ETFs with a minimum of €1.
Valentin Stalf, Founder and CEO of N26, stated: "All banks carry a responsibility to change people's mindsets when it comes to making their money work harder for them. In making stock and ETF trading free for all, we aim to reduce barriers to investing to help millions of Europeans take control of their financial futures."
The digital bank, which manages over €140bn in annual transactions, has integrated Crypto, Instant Savings, Joint Accounts, and Ready-made Funds into its platform. Maximilian Tayenthal, Founder and Co-CEO, emphasized their goal to increase European equity market participation through their intuitive platform and zero-fee approach.
