Developer Preview of the N release of Android is announced Yesterday.

Android seems to be following iOS. Just look at below for some of the major features in N release.

  • Direct reply notifications - Already available as Interactive Notifications in iOS.
  • Multi-window - iOS has already Multitasking which can be implemented as Split Over, Split View, or Picture in Picture.
