Can you tell me about your role and what made you decide to join Luminor? I am a service Designer which means I am the one who brings together people with different backgrounds to figure out the solutions which make sense to our customers, are profitable to the company and motivating to colleagues. Not always in this order tho. I really like to gather the insights from the customers and help them to live better life. Sometimes the smallest changes can impact the life of so many people and that was one of the reasons I joined Luminor.
What gets you most exciting about your role? Learning about customers, digging in to complicated materials, listening to different stakeholders and coming back with solutions which are easy to understand and use.?
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now? ?? Can’t tell, it’s a secret. But it involves millions ??
What makes your team so special? Oh, we are so diverse bunch of people. From drummer of a metal band to a pole dancer. Data geeks and cooking enthusiast in between. But i cant tell who’s who ??
What’s unique about Luminor, what makes it stand out from other employers in the region? It may sound like something negative but actually those never ending challenges are something that keeps me going. Working in a very established company might get boring quickly.
What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career? Be loud, be involved, be visible
