Nerys Corfield kicked us with Bros ?? Richard Jennings wanted to be a footballer for the mighty Tottenham ( COYS) a member of Guns n Roses or a WWE Wrestler, for Alan Donaghy it was Marvel comics, the mighty blues and golf, Katie Davies was so into Michael Jackson she put on concerts in her bedroom with her brother and charged their neighbours 5p to come and watch ?? ??, for Marianne Withers it was all about rugby, high jump and cartography whilst for Mark Ibbotson his passion was sci- fi and horror special effects, Stuart Collins passion was for cars , motorsport and racing and we ended really getting to know each other by hearing how Rob Wilkinson really wanted to be in Grange Hill !
I love these openings and feel like we know each other so much better as a result ??

Todays Question of the Day really got people sharing;

Richard Jennings said 'Authentic and down to earth, they ask good questions and listen well. They are direct where needed but also communicate well, especially when things are tough. They recognise the contribution of the wider team. The best C level people have always known the name of every agent as well as their direct reports/senior team.'

Marianne Withers was voted by those watching the show as the winner of the comment of the day with this contribution. 'Honesty and trust is very important, they love the harmonious enjoyment of a team, the inspiration thoughts, the innovation and yes the laughter. They understand their people as individuals and understand the importance of people being themselves. they want, help, support and inspire their teams to succeed.'
