1 年Agree with all the points. I have been working in remote setting for the past 7 years and except for occasional periods, I was always comfortable in this setting. Once in a while face-to-face meetings would definitely improve productivity. Probably if there are team members in the near-by areas, local-employee-meetups would be good and organizations should encourage such meetings by sponsoring those.
