Great stuff, Ana. When people perceive you as less than authentic, failure is around the corner.

What a great and very relevant topic Ana! First and foremost, defining our core values and staying true to them helps us show as authentically as possible.

Ana, a great topic for discussion, since as someone who teaches non-judgment I'm very much aware as to how I'm thinking when I hear someone say, "Fake it until you make it." And I believe how we show up directly impacts our health.

Ana Melikian, PhD to me, being authentic means not being 'on'. It's tuning in, listening, and when appropriate being transparent. It's being in the zone of your own excellence and also seeing the world for the very first time over and over. Thanks for sharing the interview!
