VA APPROVED CONDO PROJECT ? OR NOT ?

A lender thought a condo project was VA approved.

It turns out the Project was not VA approved.

Not a good situation for all parties to the transaction.

Condos have had many types of issues to name a few not FHA approved , some have legal issue filed due to construction defects including association dues yearly raised..
