Its appellations vary among civilizations and have varied as time passed by but they usually all refer to only one invisible structure. The astral body can be perceived by people who are endowed with extrasensory abilities and through certain scientific processes too. Learn to better know your astral body and use it to achieve practical aims.


What is the astral body?

Astral body, subtle body, body of light, double astral, aura… it can bear many names. In this article, I will use only one term, the one that is most commonly accepted by the vast majority of experts in extrasensory perceptions: astral body.

To sum up, we could say that the astral body is a vibratory and invisible double of our physical body. Both are connected through an astral cord.

An invisible body that can do everything!

The astral body can be used as much as you want:
-    to travel through the astral or to go far away instantaneously,
-    to access the Akashic Records (great astral library containing the history of every single human being – from the dawn of time until the end of time!),
-    to pay the spirits of some deceased people a visit or to pay deceased spiritual masters a visit so as to deepen your spiritual knowledge.

The astral body’s possibilities are nearly unlimited.


A perilous journey

Extreme caution is required when going on an astral journey. Rigorous training is necessary.

Furthermore, those who want to go on an astral journey not only need to be familiar with the astral-journey technique but they also need to envisage doing it for good and serious reasons. No one should embark on such an adventure out of mere curiosity or with negative intentions meant to fulfill egotistic wishes and, even less so, to harm others.



The astral body and its colors

Usually, the more light colors there are in an astral body, the more this person is overcome with well-being, the more their spirits are high and the more they are making spiritual progress. By contrast, the more hues are dark, the more they point to a state of unease, low spirits and an inappropriate spiritual level.
