MyPath Helps Employee-Owners Pay Down Student Loans

MyPath believes that higher education is integral to achieving our mission and supporting our employee-owners in their goals.

That is why MyPath established two financial assistance programs to help our employee-owners. These programs are some of the many benefits MyPath offers its employee-owners.

Read on to find out how these programs work.


Who is Eligible to Participate?

Employees are eligible upon the first of the month after completing four (4) months if they are employed part-time or full-time.


What Programs Are Available?

MyPath’s Student Loan Paydown Program (SLPDP) allows eligible employee-owners to register for MyPath to contribute monthly payments toward the repayment of their valid student loan.

The second program is the Tuition Reimbursement Program, which allows eligible employee-owners to receive reimbursement for qualified education expenses and successful completion of undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate courses in accredited colleges or universities.

“I have been lucky enough to be able to take part in these two education assistance programs that MyPath has to offer. The student loan pay down program assisted me by paying a total of $11,800 off toward my student loan – this shaved years off paying this on my own. My student loans were officially paid off in June 2023 and in large part due to MyPath’s contributions. It shows the magnitude of what MyPath does for their employee owners and how much, as a company, they care. I also was able to get an Excellence In Leadership Certification which is part of a degreed program through WCTC of which was fully reimbursed by MyPath though the Tuition Reimbursement Program. These two programs have not only assisted me with my professional goals but also allowed me to have more financial freedom for myself. I strongly urge all of our employee owners to look at these offerings and enroll as you see fit!”

How Has It Helped MyPath Employee-Owners?

This year, MyPath has assisted in $156,945.77 toward our employee-owners qualified student loans in our Student Loan Paydown Program and has supported 11 employee owners through our Tuition Reimbursement Program.
