#MyFunnelVision Profile: Yohan Jacob

This profile is probably a lot different than even what I would expect since Yohan Jacob, by some sales professionals’ very own definition, may not be a “true sales guy” but he actually is and he exceeds any preset definitions anyone may have.

In my dealings with Yohan, he was the consummate professional when it came to helping sales reps understand the true nature of a product and how best to sell it to the customer.

One attribute that I can personally attest to is Yohan’s innate ability to get back to you with an answer in a timely fashion. Not only did Yohan get back to you with an answer, but it was the right answer and you ended up learning more about the product than you would have ever expected. In this regard, Yohan provided superior Customer Service since I was his customer searching for an answer. Customer Service is the foundation on which all sales people build their legacy.

I asked Yohan to share in his own words what makes him who he is.

“(1) my attitude and (2) my beliefs. I always have a positive attitude, which both my team and my clients pick up on. Especially when times are tough, one needs to be positive. I have always run my life based on the beliefs instilled by my family. A sales lead could have the best product in the world and more money than God but if they are a jerk, don't follow through on their promises, etc... I will not take them on as a client, even if I need the money. I will not comprise my beliefs.”
