Any stainless steel material cannot be used anywhere
Yesterday, I talked with a customer who was a manufacturer of spray pumps. 
He had received shipments from the manufacturer of the steel spring used on the top of the pump bottle,
but some of his customers had complained to him about the early corrosion and rusting of the springs inside the pump.
I checked the test report of steel.The analysis of the manufactured steel was close to American steel 301 .
The order of this company was from the spring manufacturer of Type 304 stainless steel .
ASTM A313 Types 304/316: For information, the most common spring stainless steels 
301 steel has a lower amount of chromium and nickel than 304 steel, and as a result, less corrosion resistance is expected from it.
I told him that I suggest that we request to do additional tests of corrosion resistance and polarization.
