My Work Expedition - First 10 years!

Around Ten years back, I entered into the Corporate World.

While I enjoyed this decade , I also got a chance to interact with some of the most interesting peers & people I know now ! ( Best part of my Job )

When I look back , I feel happy, overwhelmed and full of gratitude! 

And I thought why not to pen down my favourite takeaways from the last 10 years. 

So here are few of them :) 

 1.There is always a room for Learning even when you least expect ( or from the one's you don't like ;-) )  . 

2. Your energy is important, Don't let it go down just by some sour experience or day at work. 

3. Clients see easily how genuine you are so don't fool around and just be GENUINE & PROFESSIONAL !

4. Challenge yourself with what you find intimidating .

5. Trust the Process but be agile when and where needed .

6. When stuck, Look around and talk to the right people . Sometimes simple conversations may help with the best ideas . 

7. Integrity and Empathy are the most important assets in today's world , don't leave them behind ever .

8.Choose battles that are worth fighting as not everything needs to be considered as a battle.

9. Follow people who inspire you .There is just sooooo much that we can absorb from them!

10. There is always a second chance.

11. There is only "single" you and so are your flaws and perks. Choose and use them wisely !

12. Acknowledge and celebrate your little achievements as they will be carving the Major milestone for you.

13. Magic can happen, when skill is paired up with the right attitude.

14.Every morning, make a to-do list (mention in sticky notes /Post it or simply in your Diary), the tasks you want to accomplish for the day and soon, you will realize how productive and less chaotic one single day can be! ;) 

15.Most Importantly, Take a break when needed and Fill up your energy !
