My Why, My story

It was May 08, 2018, when I resigned from my high-paying corporate job and started walking my journey towards finding my purpose. Most people around me wondered why would I do it? Life is cushy, comfortable, and smooth. Why would I shake the boat now??

But there was this inner voice that kept asking me, why was I doing what I was doing? Of course, I joined the corporate world to become successful. But after 15 plus years, I felt successful but I still felt that the impact that I wanted to create was not happening. I envisioned myself as someone who was an Impactful Leader working with people and making real changes in their lives.?

When I quit my job, some people told me I was foolish, some wondered, some said I was brave, many kept silent and many walked away when they learnt I let go of the position. But I was clear in my mind that I have only one life to live and it is important that I find my purpose and live it fully. If there are just 1% of people in the world living their purpose, I wanted to be one of them and I was ready to take all challenges on the way. The journey was not easy. I kept trying different things - volunteered for spiritual organizations, undertook one year course in Vedanta, then in Counselling, went on solo trips, and explored my different passion areas to find out what could it be. Sometimes I would get frustrated but honestly, no one could help me, but myself. All I had with me was my Faith, my Belief.

And as time went by, I started understanding, and slowly my purpose got revealed. I realized that what makes me most happy is when I help someone grow when I help someone know their potential when I see them take steps they would not have taken and transform themselves. This led me to start what I am doing today where I coach Professionals to Design their Career Path to being Transformational Leaders. What I realized through my journey was that you may have all the qualifications, experience, and what takes you through the next leap is your mindset and then designing the path.

My niche is to support working professionals, entrepreneurs to identify their WHY, their core, their purpose, and handhold them on their Next leap story be it profession or business.
