This is my WHY

As a coach, I get to work with a fabulously rich range of amazing people.

I’m best known for supporting women to transform menopausal anxiety, brain fog & mood to a sense of calm, focus & confidence.

In reality, I work with inspiring & truly incredible people who just need an opportunity to see past their blind spots or a nugget of encouragement to step up & continue bring fabulous!

In 2020, I have attracted a few clients who are authors. A totally new space for me.

As a coach, my clients choose me & I simply follow my gut to know if we’ll be a good fit to work together.

The personal relationship is so important in coaching.

This morning, I woke up to this piece of feedback:

“The problem I was experiencing before working with Lauren was writer's block.

Whilst working on the last novel in a book series I had found for about 18 months I had been able to write very little if anything at all. I had tried various techniques suggested by other writers eg have a break from it, re-read the other novels.

There was no actual 'cure' that anyone seemed to have.

Over the past couple of years, I have read lots of material about menopause from a range of sources and attended a session where Lauren was one of the speakers and invited her to speak at a session I was running.

I can honestly say for anything menopause-related Lauren would be my first port of call.

However, when I mentioned to her I was suffering writer's block and she said she could help, I was sceptical, to say the least.

However, I took a leap of faith either out of desperation or the fact I trusted that Lauren understood her skill set and abilities better than I did and wouldn't make the suggestion if she felt she couldn't help.

If there is a cure for writer's block then she managed to find it.

I now have a clear direction for the story, the dialogue is once again flowing for me and I am actually enjoying writing again.

What she did I don't know, all I know is that she did everything she promised to do and more.

She is very skilful and knowledgeable and is able to adapt her approach to suit individual needs, no one size fits all method that you may get from other people.

The positives I would say are you're treated as an individual, Lauren is 100% dedicated to what she does.

There's no judgement, lots of humour (I couldn't work with anyone without a sense of humour) and most of all very patient (I am a creative person so you have to have a lot of patience when dealing with me).

I have and will continue to recommend Lauren to people, for a whole range of things as she is multi-talented and so can help with a range of problems eg everything from menopause to writer's block.
