My Vocation to Make the World a Better Place

My Vocation to Make the World a Better Place

“Knowing what I do does not only profit people but also our planet makes me excited to get up in the morning... The best way to predict your future be it personally or professional is to take action and create it.” - Jonathan Tjoa Algreen

To claim my title of being a revolutionary social entrepreneur, I have had to apply many market principles to the business of social change. I am a thought leader who is committed to create a better world through business and mindful leadership. My motivation comes from deep within, I am extremely passionate to serve the whole and to make sure that solutions are sustainable, fair, and efficient.

My commitment to transparency of the supply chain in all my businesses and projects is unparalleled, aiming to tackle many problems namely; poverty, climate change and pollution.  Each of my businesses honest missions and green initiatives do more than just sell products but helps audiences identify how to be conscious in their own lives for the greater good.

We must tend to our planet for the sake of everyone in it. From experience in this industry, I know first hand how hard it would be to go back to traditional ways now I understand the magnitude of the environmental challenges we are facing, and the responsibility we all have to become part of the solution.

Two of my biggest inspirations after family that allow me to stay motivated are people and learning. I stand by the beliefs that humans wanting to be the positive catalyst for change are a stronger force when acting together and that if you want to change or predict the future then create it. This is exactly why I use all my personal social channels to share experiences, learnings and best practices to empower the future to become not only entrepreneurial but socially responsible.

I pledge to continue building a safe place where people are encouraged to be curious and test their ideas, ask questions and learn from their mistakes without judgement. Aspiring for every business I own or have invested in to reach and benefit audience’s who need nurturing from educators, entrepreneurs, community leaders and economic developers to some degree.

This may sound simple but the most important step to becoming a mindful business leader is deciding to become involved. In any city or town across the globe, there are many good causes and emerging solutions. But I recognised to be a true philanthropist, I  have to be actively implementing and collaborating. This is why I continuously educate myself and aim to talk with as many of you as possible, sharing insights and working together to elevate communities and profit the planet.

To those looking to change the world, don’t be afraid! Take chances, put your ideas out there, and test your solutions in the market. These are necessary steps to build upon your aims and ethos, being able to improve your offering and iterate your product effectively.

I wish for my brand's narratives, fair working conditions and general contribution to making the world a better place to inspire future generations and businesses.  Soon we will all begin to recognise no matter what industry our vocation is in, it is vital that we are ethically responsible to protect our planet and loved ones.
