Today is World Sleep Day, and I wanted to share my thoughts on sleeping less but effectively. While most people aim or rather feel it’s need to sleep for 7-8 hours at least a day, I find myself unable to do so due to my passion for work, goals and vision towards the life.?
It's a trait shared by successful individuals like Shahrukh Khan and Elon Musk, who work around 16 hours a day. I believe that if you want to innovate and make a lasting impact, you need to use those extra eight hours wisely.
By working during the typical 8-hour work shift, you can make a difference in this generation. But by utilizing the remaining 8 hours, you can create a legacy that will benefit future generations. People often ask if this leads to health issues, but our bodies are flexible and can adapt to our habits. For me, sleeping for around 4-5 hours is more than enough.
On this World Sleep Day, I celebrate the unconventional sleep patterns that allow me to pursue my passions and achieve my goals.
