My Views & Public Opinion on Abortion ("Life, Liberty, & The Pursuit of Happiness" - In that order)
***I oppose Roe v. Wade & Doe v. Bolton (etc.), 100%; thanks be to God, Our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ of Nazareth & Blessed, Immaculate Mother Mary, Ever Virgin; Amen!
***I think that if a person/people (who claim to be "adults") don't want their children; they should have to bear them for 9 months(ish) and, after they're born, they become wards of The State (United States of America) and/or their State of Residence.
***I also think if a child wants to be emancipated (for "legitimate" reasons) from their parents; they should be granted the right to become wards of The State (United States of America) and/or their State of Residence; until they reach an age that they can work or go to College/University (their choice; as long as they have the grades/credentials/ability). The State (United States of America) and/or their State of Residence should err on the side of caution (the side of the child) when it comes to determining what reasons are "legitimate."
***If a woman or man (parent), doesn't want to have their child; The State should not enable them to kill their (unborn/yet to be delivered) child.
***If a mother's life is put @ (grave) risk (greater than, about, 50% that the mother will die), if she went through with the pregnancy; through the delivery of a child; she gets to decide whether she goes through with the pregnancy; or not. If the mother decides not to have the child, and does not have the (financial) means to have them aborted – The State (United States of America) and/or her State of Residence should provide one; for her (in a safe environment/hospital; w/ doctors who are sympathetic & empathetic regarding her decision/choice). The mother's decision should not be made known/public, regarding her having an abortion; unless she decides to make it known.
***If a woman is raped, and gets pregnant, as a result... The State (United States of America) should encourage her to have the child & provide "monetary incentives" to do so. If, after she has the child, she no longer wants the child; The State (United States of America); should accept the child as a ward of The State; until they reach an age that they can work or go to College/University. If the "woman" who was raped still wants to kill/terminate/abort her (unborn) child; The State (United States of America) should not hinder nor help her; in her endeavors to terminate/end a human life. That said - If the mother does not have the (financial) means to have them aborted – The State (United States of America) and/or her State of Residence should provide one; for her (in a safe environment/hospital; w/ doctors who are sympathetic & empathetic regarding her decision/choice). The mother's decision should not be made known/public, regarding her having an abortion; unless she decides to make it known.

***If an underage woman/girl is involved in incest, and gets pregnant, as a result... ***A child who might/will be born with a disability/disorder; cannot be killed/aborted (no matter how severe the disability; or how costly "they" turn out to be to the hospital). If, after the child is born, and the parent(s) decide they "can't" love the child; the child becomes a ward of The State (United States of America) and The State (United States of America) can be billed by The Hospital to try to keep the child alive; until the child can become a ward of The State (United States of America)/leave the hospital.
***If the two people are "underage" they should be encouraged & incentivized (monetarily) to have the child, by The State (United States of America); though the decision “belongs” to the female (XX). If the female does not want to/is incapable of making the decision; the decision falls on the male (XY). If the female decides to kill/terminate the undelivered child; the male, hopeful parent, has the right to petition The Courts for a stay of killing/terminating the undelivered child. If they, ultimately, decide to have the child; and then realize they can't love it, after it's born/delivered; the child becomes a ward of The State (United States of America) and/or their State of Residence..
