My values, my name, my brand

It's Friday and when you read this I will be spending the day looking after my granddaughter but I keep hearing the term "show your personality when creating your brand" so with this in mind, here are my honest, maybe naive, thoughts.

I one hundred percent believe in empowering others to do better and supporting those around me. I will happily wax lyrical about the merits of others but feel uncomfortable when asked to sell myself. Maybe I am missing a gene but the idea of selling myself is foreign and uncomfortable. I enjoy the thrill of a challenge and I get a buzz from standing in front of many??giving guidance and support. I am a bit of a show off but prefer results over boasting.?

When I was employed and now as I am running my own business, I want to help others do better through my help or referring others to help. I am not about taking money by offloading junk. I have sold for many years and whilst money was never the goal receiving some token of appreciative value is welcome.

I sell concepts I believe in and I sell with integrity. For those I have approached since starting my business, I practice what I preach. If I come to you with a product or service, I have sort you out because I believe it will help you.

?

I make no promises but will go to the end of the earth to help make success. I am an open book and believe in heading the charge rather than following/pointing. I enjoy every connection and with every connection I hold value.

If I can't solve your problem I am lucky enough to know many people who can. When I make a mistake I own it and will look to bring a solution. If there is an issue, I will raise it, rather than letting you find it.

In short, I?like to turn challenges into opportunities, ensuring that businesses?increase revenue, retain customers, and help people do more and get better.

PS. The only other thing I would add is that I see many connections going through trouble and unpredicted change, and to them, if you need my help, just ask me. Pay it forward and things will get easier. I have been through two drastic changes in the last 2 years, and whilst I have learnt from them and they empowered me to start my own business, the beginning of that change is hard and emotional.
