My Typical Daily Routine

@5AM: I wake up early, I feel energized after 6-7 hours of sound sleep overnight, Feel Blessed/Glorious to see one more day alive & I feel awesome/top of the world throughout the day.

? Somehow I got this spiritual awakening by seeing twilight zone few times near death experience.

? First 20mins of day do breathing exercise Pranayama or Some-days Go out with walking buddies in Condo for a brisk 5KMs walk we exchange nice positive thoughts & ideas on the way.

@6-7AM: Do something dear to me that is my passion, like for me spreading positivity in LinkedIn, Contributing to Something that is bigger than our own life, towards some meaningful purpose elevating others also to next level possible. I feel blessed/Happy doing this! Mostly I manifest and do these things that is there in my long term Vision Board #LawOfAttraction..

? I mentor help out people online or coach my friends kids who are graduating, I also give free service of value-adding a person resume. Many have landed in good jobs in their life. I feel blessed doing that.

Also Spend time & Help my son to get ready & go to school @8AM.

? If we are part of 5AM club you will realize we have plenty of time in our day, starting with a nice do not disturb time from 5-7:30AM. Being Early Bird Helps A Lot..

? Strongly Recommend All to become part of 5AM Club & Follow Robin Sharma’s 20:20:20 rule..

@8AM: If Some days I cannot walk at 5AM will go down to Garden @8AM to catch some good sunshine/fresh oxygen from out there.. And thank on all blessings we have by getting closer/connected to the nature/birds in the woods..

? Have my 45mins nature walk around there, thank & manifest with nature for a good blessed health.

? Sometimes play Volley ball with my son if its weekend for an hour or so.. Also possible sync with some close friend for a nature walk in the close by Natural Parks on weekend.. We enjoy have jolly good conversations/exchange few ideas.

Later Through out the day Keep Smiling/Be Happy/Passionate??:-

? I smile & readily accost speak kindly with people around throughout the day, try to spread positive vibes & Happiness around in every walks of life that I meet people online or face to face.

? e.g. Connect with others in lift, use those 4 Golden Words Wishing e.g. Good Morning, Saying Thank You, Please, Sorry when needing Forgiveness.

? e.g. I learnt a secret of longevity from a 90 year old man doing Tai Chi looking into nature in my neighborhood in SG, he says connecting to greeneries watching the birds chirping around gives him tremendous happiness to start the day.

? I wish good morning & speak with Condo Sweeper/Janitor as I feel everyone are spiritual beings & I learn from each one of them.

? I Acknowledge & Appreciate others always for what they are today. Some call me People Pleaser, doing bit of sugar coating:( but that is my upbringing or values.

Then get Shower and get ready for work before 9AM.

Have Power breakfast diet, Most of times have Various Nuts/Dates/Fruits & Milk as healthy choice. Always Remember to Keep Hydrated throughout the day to keep me energetic.

@9AM Onwards: Business As Usual (BAU) workday starts for a normal weekday.

? Plan & Prioritize the Important Daily Tasks, eat the ugliest frog first thing in the morning when you are with full energy.

? Skip emails first thing in the morning, Focus on Daily Agile Standups with team get them motivated to do their job.

? Have don’t disturb time with devices to focus on work until 12PM as are very productive AM time.

@1PM: Have Common lunch with wife & kids if they are around with good lunch talk..

Part 2 of day with BAU work day starts for PM session

? Anytime during day Don’t hesitate to take some breaks/power naps/step out for personal errand if needed, works will get completed end of day!

@6PM: Close the Business day & try to Disconnect from work fully. Trying to spend some quality family time:)

@6:30PM: Some days in the evening I do joint pranayama/meditation with my wife watching some mindfulness videos deep diving into pristine nature where humans have never gone or seen..

@7:30PM: Have Common Dinner with entire family, discuss few topics on table what went well on the day & accomplishments etc.. Importance is sense of Gratitude/Thankfulness we must have end of the day..

Personal Me Time: After that Have my personal Me time, on a hobby, watching some good stuffs toward day end, podcasts/Netflix series etc..

@9:30PM: Plan Prepare for the next day.

@10PM: Turn off all devices & doze off by 10:30PM for a 6-7 hours sound sleep again...
