My Top 5 Most Challenging UX Client Requests

I currently work in a SaaS company, which that sells licensed platforms and services to companies, and brands that wish to test their products. Hundreds of professionals use our testing platforms to gather feedback on apps, websites, prototypes, and products, from people across the globe; I help our clients reach those people.?

Once in a blue moon, I come across a test or a request that, for the lack of a better word, can be best described as ‘challenging’.?

Here are some of the most interesting tests that I’ve consulted clients on:?

1. An online survey for blind people. The instructions read ‘Please complete this survey if you have a complete loss of vision’.?
2. An online survey for people who don’t use the internet!
3. An app test for people who don’t have a bank account / people who never use their bank card to make purchases.
4. A teaching institute wanted their students to complete an English exam, a survey, and in-depth video calls
5. Video calls with elderly, retired people from rural areas, whose parents are still alive.
