My Top 5 Co-Working Spaces Around the World

Let’s be honest—co-working spaces can be a hit or miss. Some feel like glorified coffee shops with wobbly chairs, while others are so soulless! As someone who’s been hopping from one workspace to another for years, I’ve come across some gems that have completely changed my workday.
Now, this isn’t THE definitive list of the best co-working spaces in the world. I haven’t been everywhere (sadly), and what works for me might not be your cup of tea/ coffee.
But if you’re into a mix of community vibes, great views, ergonomic setups, and (of course) great coffee, these are my go-to spots.
1. Nestwork – Bansko, Bulgaria
Best for: Everyone—this is an all-rounder!
Why I like it: Nestled in the mountains of Bansko, this place is a dream if you love fresh air, a solid work setup, and a community that actually listens to feedback. The owners have thought of everything—from ergonomic chairs to well-designed meeting rooms, quiet areas, and collaborative spaces. It’s in the heart of town, so you’re always a short walk away from some great food and après-work adventures.
If you want a co-working space that blends productivity with a bit of nature, Nestwork is it. You get to work with a view of the mountains, and honestly, that alone makes deep work sessions so much better.

2. Yellow Co-Working – Chiang Mai, Thailand
Best for: Community & Socials
Why I like it: If you’re a digital nomad, chances are you’ve either been to Chiang Mai or at least considered it. And when it comes to co-working spaces, Yellow stands out. Not just because of the actual yellow slide (yes, really), but because of the strong community vibe. There’s a noticeboard packed with events for every interest—whether you’re into tech meetups, yoga, or impromptu networking drinks.
Add to that some of the best coffee in town, proper ergonomic chairs (essential for long workdays), and both indoor and outdoor seating, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a workspace that doesn’t just feel like a workspace. It’s a place where you actually enjoy showing up every day.
3. Your Space Co-Working – Tenerife, Spain
Best for: The view
Why I like it: I mean, do I even need to say more? Picture this—you’re sitting in a cozy co-working space, a stone’s throw from the sea, with the sound of waves in the background. Add in a lovely couple running the place, a tight-knit community, and a cute puppy that occasionally makes an appearance, and you’ve got something pretty special.
It’s a smaller space, which means it’s perfect if you like forming close connections rather than being in a massive, anonymous co-working hub. Plus, it’s in the heart of town, so you’re never too far from a beach break or a quick ocean dip between calls.

4. El Michi – Tenerife, Spain
Best for: Great (veggie) food & coffee
Why I like it: Tenerife is killing it in the co-working space game, and El Michi is proof. It’s small, friendly, and has some of the best food around—especially if you’re vegan or vegetarian. The staff make you feel like family, which is a huge plus when you’re spending hours working there.
It’s also super close to the beach, so you can step outside and take in the sea breeze whenever you need a break. The space itself is cozy but well-designed, making it a great spot if you’re looking for a relaxed yet productive work environment.

5. Mor – Newquay, UK
Best for: If you miss the office environment
Why I like it: Some people hate the idea of working in an office, but if you secretly (or not-so-secretly) miss that structured work vibe, Mor is the spot for you. It’s based in an old glassworks building, so it has that industrial charm with plenty of space to spread out.
Unlike some of the more ‘café-like’ co-working spots, Mor feels more like a real office, which is perfect if you need to get your head down and focus. No distractions, no beach bars calling your name—just a solid, professional workspace where you can get sh*t done.
My Final Thoughts on Co Working spaces
If you’re a remote worker, you know how much your environment can make or break your day. These five spots have helped me stay productive, meet incredible people, and (most importantly) actually enjoy my work setup.
Of course, the best co-working space is the one that fits you. Maybe you thrive in a buzzing social environment, or maybe you need a quiet space with zero distractions. Whatever your vibe, finding a co-working space that works for you can totally transform your remote work experience.
Got a favorite co-working space I should check out? Let me know—I’m always on the lookout for my next favorite spot!
Stay rebellious,

5 天前Love this post, Michelle! I’d like to add LubD Patong in Phuket, Thailand. I went to their CW space faithfully for over a year and met so many people from all over the world in so many different fields. Although it was on the top floor of a hostel filled with many young travelers, it was very quiet, you could control the ac, comfortable furniture, a balcony for breaks and the hostel has a restaurant downstairs and next door is coffee cafe. Did I mention the beach is a 2 min walk away! https://lubd.com/destination/phuket-patong/?pages=co-working-space
