My Top 2 Game Changers for Coaching Success to Stimulate Your Creativity and Focus

My Top 2 Game Changers for Coaching Success to Stimulate Your Creativity and Focus

I’m a lifelong learner. I love listening to thought leaders, watching videos of successful people, and having meaningful conversations with people who have different perspectives and bring new ideas to my mind.

I’m a coach who believes in learning from everyone around me, including my own clients. The truth is – I am completely INSPIRED by my clients.

This is why I am committed to helping coaches like you be as successful in your business as you are in being a catalyst for transformation for your clients.

In fact, in the last couple of years, I have been amazed by the transformations and success of the coaches in my Quick-Start Intensive groups. We even had to increase the column width on the tracker, as one of our coaches had a 6-figure WEEK!

When I talk about income success, you may think that's all I care about. Nothing could be further from the truth. Here's the truth: Coaches will ALWAYS make an impact on those around them. It's just something we do, like breathing.?

One of my missions is that right alongside the impact, the income will be there too.

And that's not always the case. I know coaches who are doing amazing things and making a huge impact, and they are not making the income commensurate with the impact.?

In order to support all coaches to have BOTH the impact they are already making AND an income that supports their lifestyle, I want to share my top 2 valuable insights that I've learned from my own experience and interviewing some of the most successful coaches in my coaching groups.

1. Self-Care is Mandatory

One of our coaches attained 6-figures last year while significantly increasing her self-care.

I absolutely LOVE business. I love thinking about it and talking about it. I love brainstorming new ideas and dreaming about ways to make things better and more efficient and how my team and I can over-deliver to our clients.

For me, committing to a “free day” every week where I’m not only NOT allowed to check my emails (this is the easy part), but will not talk about business, or even think about business…is definitely a challenge.

But I’m up for it. I need it. Actually, we all NEED it.

There’s a time to immerse in growing a business and there’s a time for rest and recovery. In fact, these free days aren’t looked at as rest and recovery days. They are booked into my schedule first, before anything else!

For me, free days are not a reward for hard work. They are not taken because we deserve them. Free days are scheduled because they are KEY to helping maximize periods of high achievement. They are supposed to be energizing and rejuvenating and stimulate creativity, innovation, and higher levels of focus.

So, one of the things I’ve learned and am committed to is to take a full day to read novels, binge watch comedy, and gaze upon the mountains in my neighborhood. And some of my clients spend quality time with their kids and dogs or enjoy walks along the ocean.

2. Leverage the Relationships You Already Have to Create More Income Than You Ever Imagined

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I love to talk about how the clients you are seeking are also seeking you , and that ALL the clients you desire are either already connected to you or to someone you know. I heard that we all know somewhere between 290-600 people that know us back.?

Think about how many people you had lunch with in your previous career. Or those who invited you to their kid’s wedding. Or who you went on business trips with. Literally…make a list with their names and write them down.

Now think about this: How can you reconnect naturally with them?

One of our Quick Start Intensive superstars sends a message to everyone in her network saying, “How are you? What’s keeping you up at night?” She reaches out to 5 people a day that she already knows. Doing this, she crossed the $1MM mark in the first year of her coaching business.?

The next time you’re wondering who you can talk to about your business, think about those who already know, love and trust you. And reach out.?

Final Thoughts

These are just 2 of the lessons I learned: Take care of yourself and leverage your existing relationships. I am sure these lessons will be game changers for you and your coaching business.

Over to you! Do you have a game-changer that positively transformed your professional life? Did I already cover it in my top 2 picks? Please share your thoughts in the comments.

And as always, if you’d like support in creating a very successful coaching business from someone who’s already done it with ease and joy – Please connect with me here . I’d love to get to know your story and help you out.
