MY TOP 10 FAVOURITE LEADERSHIP BOOKS

I’ve just travelled from AISPP, Cambodia to Geelong, Australia for some holidays. As well as catching up with friends and family and enjoying some adventures I love reading inspirational leadership books to keep learning how I can improve in my role as a 21stcentury school leader. Do you?

I believe we should be continually learning so I’ve complied a list of my Top 10 Favourite Leadership Books to give you some ideas about what to read on your holidays.

I have read each of these books over and over this year to help keep me focussed, to manage difficult situations and to make sure I am still innovating, disrupting and changing traditional approaches at my school. You see I am determined to meet the needs of 21st century learners so I come back to these books over and over again for inspiration and great leadership strategies. You might even recommend some of them to your teams too.
