Hooray! School’s out for summer! Or winter depending on where you live and work.
I’ve just travelled from AISPP, Cambodia to Geelong, Australia for some holidays. As well as catching up with friends and family and enjoying some adventures I love reading inspirational leadership books to keep learning how I can improve in my role as a 21stcentury school leader. Do you?
I believe we should be continually learning so I’ve complied a list of my Top 10 Favourite Leadership Books to give you some ideas about what to read on your holidays.
I have read each of these books over and over this year to help keep me focussed, to manage difficult situations and to make sure I am still innovating, disrupting and changing traditional approaches at my school. You see I am determined to meet the needs of 21st century learners so I come back to these books over and over again for inspiration and great leadership strategies. You might even recommend some of them to your teams too.

6 年The classic 7 Habits of Highly Effective people still makes my top 10 as does Develop the Leader Within You by J. Maxwell. Kotter is always a good read. Thanks for the other tips, I will attempt to include them in my expanding 'to read' list.
