So I thought I could get rid of Dynamics stuff while transferring to Digital Advisor role and then moving to Kuusamo... Oh how little did I know...
Digital Transformation often starts with business applications related conversations so here I am again - listing my top 10 Dynamics 365 (mainly CRM a.k.a. Customer Engagement) tools. And btw - there's no Dynamics without Power Platform any longer so added some spices from the PP side as well.
