My Top 10 Best Elon Musk Quotes

My Top 10 Best Elon Musk Quotes

In case you don't know who Elon Musk is...

Elon Musk is the co-founder and CEO at Tesla, overseeing all product design, engineering and manufacturing of the company's electric vehicles, battery products, and Solar Roofs.

Since the company’s inception in 2003, Tesla’s mission has been to accelerate the world’s transition to a sustainable energy future.

Elon is also the co-founder, CEO and lead designer of Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX), where he oversees the development and manufacturing of advanced rockets and spacecraft for missions to and beyond Earth orbit, with the goal of creating a self-sustaining city on Mars. He is also CEO of Neuralink, which is developing ultra-high bandwidth brain-machine interfaces to connect the human brain to computers. Elon also founded and serves as CEO of The Boring Company, which combines fast, affordable tunneling technology with an all-electric public transportation system in order to alleviate soul-crushing urban congestion and enable high-speed long-distance travel.

Previously, Elon co-founded and sold PayPal, the world's leading Internet payment system, and Zip2, one of the first internet maps and directions services, which helped bring major publishers like the New York Times and Hearst online.

Elon is also a great inspiration to many of us on LinkedIn....are you one of them?

Many of his quotes are highly inspiration to me, here are 10 quotes to inspire you to DREAM BIG and innovate, like Mr Musk.

  1. "I think it is possible for ordinary people to choose to be extraordinary."
  2. "People work better when they know what the goal is and why. It is important that people look forward to coming to work in the morning and enjoy working."
  3. "There's a silly notion that failure is not an option at NASA. Failure is an option here. If things are not failing, you are not innovating enough."
  4. "When somebody has a breakthrough innovation, it is rarely one little thing. Very rarely, is it one little thing. It's usually a whole bunch of things that collectively amount to a huge innovation."
  5. "If something is important enough you should try. Even if the probable outcome is failure."
  6. "Persistence is very important. You should not give up unless you are forced to give up."
  7. "If you go back a few hundred years, what we take for granted today would seem like magic-being able to talk to people over long distances, to transmit images, flying, accessing vast amounts of data like an oracle. These are all things that would have been considered magic a few hundred years ago."
  8. "I could either watch it happen or be a part of it."
  9. "Some people don't like change, but you need to embrace change if the alternative is disaster."
  10. "Brand is just a perception, and perception will match reality over time. Sometimes it will be ahead, other times it will be behind. But brand is simply a collective impression some have about a product."

Which is your favourite? Not listed above in my top 10? I would love to hear it in the comments below.

“perception will match reality over time.” I thought of people and integrity when I read this. I’ve been told that who you really are comes out over time in your actions toward others. Do the right thing even if it’s hard.

Elun Musk is among my emule since I know him, ago three or four years. I read about him at least two times per week, mainly through my Quora Account. I speak about him at any opportunity I have. I like also him, because strangely, he seems to resemble to Albert CAMUS, my other emule on whom I have written my bachelor book for French? Language and? Literature in 1986. He is among the greatest actual genies in the world!
