My Time Finally Came To Officially Receive The Certificate Of Completion For CSM From ScrumAlliance

Hello everyone,?

I hope you are all having a terrific Tuesday so far. Not sure if everyone has got the message, but today I got the official confirmation by receiving its certificate of completion for my Scrum Master certification being provided by the one and only Scrum Alliance!?

I would like to thank Kamlesh Ravlani, our CSM trainer, for giving me the confidence to take my exam with full energy and also getting to learn about the wonderful teams that Scrum helps in developing; just from managing everyone's priorities to what's low, medium, and critical on the bar of ranking to create an effective list with all of its action items. Because as work enters and goes out, one thing that I learned from Scrum is that it helps you manage it in a way that becomes rememberable and not stressful in following its process for teams at work or even in personal circumstances to help the family; so you can find some time for yourself to recharge those batteries efficiently to do even greater work that can span from creating your own content to simply learning something new independently or in a training format by preparing for it's Bootcamp or certification.?

Until then, keep striving for the stars to push yourself to have passions but finding work that get's you rising and shining for waking up in the morning to tackle its problem for finding a potential solution towards it. Because remember, if you are not excited about solving the problem, then how will you or even your team be energized to even wanting to care about it more or less in the first place.?

When it comes down to what I have learned from this Scrum Master certification, anything and everything about how to effectively prioritize the work of your team by managing sprints with deadlines set and pulling in the user stories from the product backlog one step at a time with burning out or overwhelming any of your teammates. What is the importance of having a Scrum Team, and how each role plays a crucial part in getting the results needed for all teams throughout every enterprise, such as:?

Product Owner:?Managing the product backlog and maximizing the value (ROI)

Developers:?For committing towards creating pretty much any plan that's usable for putting execution to increment in each Sprint

And finally, the?Scrum Master:?Being the educator, coach, and facilitator to establish Scrum by helping everyone understand its theory and practice within the team and around the enterprise as well?

So with that all being said, I will be sure to put these Scrum Master skills to use in corporate and personal life settings, from what I have learned since last week Friday (05/20/22) till now and coming days ahead. Because this will definitely help me with managing the time being spent on future endeavors and passion projects outside of Accenture that I won't to learn, grow, and create for impacting the lives of other students, companies, & professionals out there in this big universe called a big bang theory used from an astronomical lens which contain many events that took place billions of years ago to develop an infinite expansion which has never been done before by manhood or creation of Earth.

To infinite and beyond with creating that arc for yourself to be different enough for having the courage to shift the gears of a paradigm, just from an angles perspective!?
