My throat chakra used to be blocked. Now, I speak on stages.

I've had such big struggles with using my voice and it has stemmed from thousands of years of generational trauma of women in my family line, taught to believe that we did not have anything of value to share.

It was past conditioning I never even realized wasn't true. It was something I believed and carried in my blood and bones for over 3 decades!

I really think that my throat chakra began to slowly open in the middle of a plant medicine journey years back.

I found myself SCREAMING at the top of my lungs - like EARTH SHATTERING SCREAMS and sticking out my tongue (what?!?!), releasing all that had been pent up inside for years of my life right in front of a group of strangers.

In the past, this would have terrified me.?

You see, I was shy, scared to voice my needs, unable to communicate my boundaries or desires clearly to those around me.?

I dreamed of speaking on stages, but the fear of rejection, the fear of being seen, was far too great.?

And then, out it all came, a release born from a brewing storm’s core, untangling knots of silence and breaking through stagnant energy.?

Leaving clarity in its wake. This scream marked the beginning of my throat chakra work and my journey into light language. Since then, I have become visible online, and am regularly asked to speak on podcasts.?

I have fulfilled my dream to speak on stages, and I am no longer afraid to ask for what I need and want (be it from my partner, a client, or future prospect).?
