Here is what I understood

If you are willing to take a risk, the learning you gain from the startup can be very enriching. Its been 15 months I am associated with WeSecureApp and I am pretty much happy with the decision I made to join this organization even when people questioned me WHY STARTUP??? It’s a RISK…

I would say working in a startup is a high-risk, but high-reward game as well and not everyone can make that switch. If you click with the employer, the rewards are huge, but if you don’t, well … hopefully you’ve gained something from the experience. 

Trust me guys, ever you come across an opportunity, grab it and you will find a new space to explore, learn, work closely with all departments, varied people from top management to a fresher. You can be a part of team which helps growing a startup into a brand in the market and the most positive thing that you would always know is that you can always rise from whatever your current situation may be. Most importantly you will definitely find a new person within you.

Delighted to say I am HR Manager at WeSecureApp, which is nomore a Startup but a brand in Information Security market.
