Thank you to the University of Southampton Malaysia for sharing some photographs of last week's Global Leadership Conference. I was delighted to be representing The PETRA Group.
I was delighted to give my views on various aspects of leadership.
I think I repeated myself a couple of times when I said (in my view) leadership is about:
"Empower don't dictate, Measure outputs not inputs and Have your team's back."
... but I really do believe in these three aspects of leadership.
I wrote a short post on LinkedIn just after the conference and I hope to follow up with a few more #leadership thoughts in the near future.
