My thoughts on the Apple Vision Pro

Is Apple known for releasing exceptional products? This question is subjective, but one undeniable aspect is Apple's expertise in marketing, as they consistently deliver real lessons with each release. However, the launch of the Apple Vision Pro (AVP) wasn't just about introducing a new product. It represented the dawn of a new era and platform. Instead of being just a simple toy, it embodies the future. Meticulously following Steve Jobs' playbook, Tim Cook showcased the exciting capabilities of AVP in a variety of everyday consumer activities such as photography, watching movies, working in the office, and video calling. Unlike other attempts, like the isolated and unknown Metaverse, which only appeals to gamers (where Zuc sh*t himself), AVP aims to enhance the activities you already enjoy, taking them to a new level.

In short, AVP has an impressive collection of 5,000 patents, indicating the depth of its innovation. With a price tag of US$3,500, it falls into the upper-income bracket initially. These early adopters will pave the way for the broader market, as Apple plans to release more affordable versions in the future, as indicated in its roadmap. And let's not forget that a huge ecosystem of apps is already being developed for AVP by third parties who want to participate in Apple's lucrative universe! Rodrigo Melendez
