“DID YOU SEE THAT”
If photography has given me one thing. It’s the ability to see life in all its glory.
A passion for taking photographs means you miss nothing. From a simple flower blowing in the wind to the sun setting over a building.
You are always alive, awake and aware of your surroundings.
I am a witness to everyday life, taking photographs which can show the beauty and chaos that surrounds us. These images call our attention to the things we generally miss in our lives and they call our awareness to events, people, and scenery.
My Photography is about capturing moments which are unrehearsed, spur of the moment shots that hopefully portray life.
Having just returned from a week in Norfolk, where every day gave me an opportunity to capture something a little special. The uniqueness of the local town or the beauty of the countryside.

As I travel around, I take every opportunity to showcase what I see. I will always find a different angle, a building, a hint of colour or beam of light that enhances what most people walk or drive past.
Good photographers have that ability to take something as ugly as a metal structure and turn it into a piece of art.
I revisit many places I have photographed previously, and I never take the same shot twice. The ability to create two photographs of the same place and yet tell two different stories is unique. It may be the same street or the same building but by simply altering where and how you stand can change the feel of the image and create a new story to the photo.
Good photographers have this amazing ability and it offers up huge possibilities when photographing commercial projects..
For me it is my third eye and one I am certainly grateful for having.?
