My Team "Inspires Me"...

The definition of "Inspiration" as defined by Merriam- Websters: something that makes someone want to do something or that gives someone an idea about what to do or create : a force or influence that inspires someone: a person, place, experience, etc., that makes someone want to do or create something

I often reflect and ask myself, "how lucky am I?"  It doesn't really matter what your career or chosen work is but knowing that we often spend more time "at work" then we do "at home," wouldn't it be a bonus to be surrounded by people who inspire you to be better?  How lucky am I to have the opportunity to wake up each morning to work that I love and a chance to lead talented individuals that inspire me every single day? 

I spent the past 3 days with members of my leadership team. They inspire me, they challenge me, they energize me and they make me better. Their authenticity, their passion, their drive and commitment to my vision and our brand is the reason for our success.   They inspire me to lead boldly from the front and to tell our story that we are different, we are relevant and we change people's lives everyday.  That's a powerful statement and it's true.  We help companies find the "right match" where culture meets experience and opportunity meets talent.
