Sierra Leone's 1st Presidential debate held on Thursday 15th February 2018 lays a critical milestone achievement in the country's democratic trajectory.
This infused culture of policy debate, sets the platform and a new parameter for electing leaders in that Nation.
Henceforth, those vying for elected office and by extension the appointment of Ministers/Heads of Government Agencies, and corporate leaders will now be measured and judged fit to lead base their strength of knowledge on issues with clearly articulated solution driven proposal in moving that country forward.
The era of half-baked politicians and favour-based political appointment is slowly coming to an end.
