My summer job at Vestavia Country Club

For two summers I had an incredible experience working at Vestavia Country Club. I worked with an amazing team and together we ensured the day-to-day operations of the club ran smoothly. During my time there, I was able to witness and participate in the many tasks required to create an exceptional club experience for the valued members of VCC. One of the highlights of this job was the opportunity to connect with members and guests, learning about their families and interests. Building relationships enhanced my interpersonal skills and allowed me to contribute to the warm, welcoming, and accommodating experience members expect. Like my previous experience at Taco Mama, the skills I gained in this job are the foundation for my future endeavors. I am thankful to VCC, my manager and mentor, and every member of the staff; their guidance and support made my employment at VCC a valuable learning experience.
