My Summer Internship Experience so far

Hello connections, myself Chhandos Pramanik and this is what I have been doing for the past month.

I am working for B-School Bulls, an Edu-tech and Fintech firm, involved in capital market Education, where I am working as a Marketing Intern. I believe that every B- School needs a marketing internship because it helps them to reach their potential as it the recent times a management graduate should be more attached to the market rather than be bluntly studying books or gaining theoretical knowledge. It has been my experience that we are seeing amazing growth of companies with the help by internships at schools.

Now, let’ s see if this makes sense...The basic idea behind interns' career paths was formulated some twenty years ago when Daniel Jaspers had already introduced one company called International Business Consultants (IBIC), which went on until 2006. The reason why he wanted his students not just be engineers but also business professionals or executives: He felt you need technical skills; understanding technology; leadership ability - knowledge plus wilfulness — something like "If all.

The company operates online education portal called Learning Capital. Our mission is to empower students by sharing the best of world's knowledge through interactive learning experiences from our customers on a global scale. Within the course of this one month, I have gained the skills of direct selling, product pitching and effective business communication with stressing on the last 3 P’s of 7P’s of marketing that is people, process and physical evidence and how the same product can be pitched to different customers showing the benefits that are relevant to them.

?Moreover, I came to know that most of the students are not exposed to the ERP and MIS of the company and they rely on the upper management for very nominal tasks such as daily performance, sales quota etc. which was not the case in the company. And with the advancements in A.I. and the introduction of Industry 4.0 where we are more dependent on software than ever, it is very essential to be digitally sound this area. I got the chance to get exposed to an ERP system for the very first time in this company where I can personally monitor my performance and set my targets according and plan out the way to achieve the same which is an enriching and self-guiding experience in the learning.?
