??My Summer 2024 Internship Experience at North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA)!??

I'm thrilled to share my incredible journey during my summer internship with the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA). As a BI Operations Intern, I had the opportunity to work on transformative projects that enhanced data management and operational efficiency.

?? Project Highlights: During my internship, I developed an automated solution for file transfers using Google Cloud technologies and created comprehensive data visualizations to streamline the monitoring of credit card transactions. These improvements significantly reduced manual efforts and enhanced data accuracy. Additionally, I designed dashboards that provided critical insights into table updates and record details, greatly assisting the BI team. I also automated the comparison of data between bank records and internal sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy. The results were connected to a data visualization tool with customized filters, making it easier to track transactions. This project improved data integrity and provided the BI team with powerful tools to manage their operations more effectively.

These projects not only honed my technical skills in data management, SQL, and cloud computing but also provided invaluable insights into leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving.
