My Story — via my LinkedIn?Posts

As you will see from some of the early posts linked below, I was circumspect in sharing many details of the conflict for a long time. Only recently, since the filing of the chargesheet against Sanjeev Mishra and his father, Pramod Mishra and noting that they seem to be keen to fight this instead of accepting the findings of the forensic audit included in the chargesheet, I have made a few posts for two crucial reasons.

  1. I want to ensure that the world knows about the conflict so that any strategic partner getting into any significant decision with the company does involve me in any relevant decision-making because I am still a company director and owning 33.33% of the company, despite 2–3 attempts by them to remove me from the Board due to the intervention of the Karnataka High Court and pending NCLT proceedings.
  2. Stakeholders of Convergytics, including the current and past employees, do need to see the real picture because they have been and are being lied to both about me and the proceedings that are going on against them. Also, rumors were spread about me, especially during and just after the attempted coup in November/December 2020 and in many company meetings and discussions after that. I have lived a professional life of 20+ years with the utmost integrity, and to have charge-sheeted individuals and their paid accomplices spread canards about me is just unacceptable. Sorry, not sorry.

This is a compilation of all my LinkedIn posts for easy access. I’ll keep updating this to ensure the latest posts are at the top and link to this in all future posts.

  1. March 2023: Post that linked to a Medium Post similar to this one and detailing out role of an employee in covering up and that of a real estate company in Hubli that helped with some of the misappropriations.
  2. March 2023: The Fake Experience Letter Saga, where Sanjeev Mishra allegedly issued fake experience letters, and Accenture HR shared information with us seeking clarification.
  3. February 2023: Update on the cases going on — NCLT, HC, and the Criminal Complaint against Sanjeev Mishra being investigated by the CID where Sanjeev Mishra and his Father, Pramod Mishra, were charge-sheeted by the Karnataka CID in September 2022.
  4. January 2023: Informed my connections about the chargesheet against Sanjeev Mishra and his Father, Pramod Mishra, in September 2022 and that the criminal proceedings have begun.
  5. November 2022: The second anniversary of the attempted coup and informed my connections about the charge sheet filed in September 2022 against Sanjeev Mishra and his father, Pramod Mishra.
  6. October 2022: First Post about the fake experience letter and how Accenture, where the lady now works, has fired 100s of other employees.
  7. September 2022: We first learned about the charge sheet against Sanjeev Mishra and his father. I decided not to post much assuming they'd relent once they were exposed.
  8. September 2022: The role of RBL Bank and its Former Manager (Now in a different role) in the alleged fraud by Sanjeev Mishra, Santosh Atre, and eight others being investigated by the Karnataka CID.
  9. July 2022: A Year after filing the complaint — response to the allegations on Twitter by Sanjeev Mishra. The original Medium post with screenshots of the Twitter tweets is here.
  10. October 2021: Wishing everyone a Happy Gandhi Jayanti with a “Satyameva Jayate” because the other side chose to post something weird about the Father and Son being the Gandhi and Shastri of the company. Even though I knew what they had done by then, I responded with this simple post since the investigation had just begun. The case was about to be transferred to the CID since the City Police did not investigate the case under the influence of the accused.
  11. May 2021: Updated my LinkedIn community about the Interim Order from NCLT dated March 10th, 2021, staying my termination and the early discovery of the fraud once I finally got access to the RBL Bank Account statement that was denied for years by Sanjeev Mishra and his accomplices in RBL Bank. Some other related posts here and here.
  12. April 2021: A post related to how my accountant tried denying me access to the book of accounts at the behest of the other two directors. By then, I had a fair idea of the fraud.
  13. January 2021: First Post about the conflict that erupted in November 2021 and the aggressive actions by the other promoters. As you will see in the post, there is no reference to fraud at the time since I did not know at the time. A related post soon after this one discussed the jinx around recessions and my troubles.
