OUR STORY

Founder and CEO of IFSG Group Tahir Javed Kashif did something big in 2008 when he started Liverpool cleaning Services in Dubai aim to serve growing British and expat community in UAE he changed how the people in his friend's and family circle views cleaning Business . He realized exceptional customer service combined with attracting the right people was the secret to success in this business. Since then, he’s applied that magic formula to create multiple, admired home-service brands.

It all began in 2008 when aged 23 Tahir Javed kashif and his friend landed in Dubai moved from Scotland without a job and high ambitions with one way ticket and no clue what to do and running out of money fast he accepted job at a Pizza shop (uptown Pizza) for $1000 salary per month.

After 1 month at job One evening he was sitting out to take a break at Pizza shop when he saw a Cleaning Services truck with “Bin Omair cleaning Services” painted on the side. Something clicked, and he recalled his 3 months summer job with a lady back in small town of Scotland( Auchterarder ) back in 2005 who just Acquired London based home cleaning Franchise "My home PLC" being first employee he experienced how to start cleaning Business he got the idea and he was inspired to spend last $5000 his and $5000 his friend's money to start his own cleaning services company with his friend 50% business partner.

Over the next 6 months, business took off and in process his friend Quit and Tahir promised to pay him back his $5000 within one year(He did in 6 months). 

Over next 3 years He invested in hiring more cleaning workers, hired management staff, and set out to make his company a household name Liverpool cleaning services among all expat and business customers in Dubai.

But he didn’t stop there. Tahir saw that Liverpool cleaning services systems and processes could be applied to other home service industries. He was inspired to launch WeMove worldwide movers in 2013, and Interserve Tech home maintenance company and he acquired few others small cleaning services companies (he acquired bin omair cleaning services in 2015) to be merged with his existing business so by 2015 business Turns into IFSG Group with 500 employees on his payroll and total annual turn over of $4 million. 

Business was growing fast and its people who joined as cleaning worker in 2008 grown into supervisor , Drivers and managers and then something happened at one night in December 2017 that changed everything for Tahir and its entire team while driving his just bought Range Rover( his favorite car)at night he Got Seizure and diagnosed with Epilepsy. 

Luckily He survived and got away with minor injuries He spend few days in hospital trying to recover from the shock with his mind into what to do with his big business he build in last 10 years he rushed to come back to work but things was never the same he started to have regular episode of seizures he never spend more then 10 days away from his business in 10 years was not coming to work for days and weeks business slowly started going down and by end 2018 was at point matter of survival suppliers calling for overdue payments and employee salaries overdue for more than 3 month's.

Having an entrepreneur mindset and not to give up approach Tahir decided to reevaluate his business Model and start from scratch again like 2008 this time with - 0 and debts to pay thought of starting over never scared him as he loved his previous journey to build that business he knew he can do it again so he decided to turn traditional own employee company to Tech oriented Franchise based Global marketplace business so he stared to sadly let go his exiting employees (many have already because of uncertainty) paying back supplier and employee by selling assets and contracts while building brand new teams and business Model so by end of 2019 IFSG Group had 0 field employees on its payroll ( very few old payables ) and network of over 100 franchise, self employed partners' in UAE and UK and 20+ new team members based in 5 countries working in 24/7 dedicated global customer care center. Franchise managers, Marketing, Accounting and finance and Technology today IFSG Group is Growing again with new approach and vision to be millions dollar company again in $300 billion Global industry.
