My Story: From Corporate Career to Wellnesspreneur and What I Learned About What I Needed

Fifteen years ago, when I left the coziness and craziness of my corporate career to become an entrepreneur in New Hampshire, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. My daughter was two at the time and I was excited to run my own business so I had more flexibility to spend time with her.

I had to be the CEO, CFO, Marketing Director and tech support. I launched new products, new websites, new programs and even published a book. I worked my tail off and took many huge leaps of faith (some that paid off and some that didn’t), but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I challenged myself and became way more courageous and confident.

It wasn’t easy starting out, because I felt like I was really going it alone and didn’t have colleagues to turn to for advice.

I wish I had other entrepreneurs to compare notes with and to learn from when I started out, but as they say, “be the change.”

So.... a few months back, I created a support network for female entrepreneurs in the wellness sector to not only promote their offerings on our platform, but to also connect them with other like-minded women and support them in their business.

The Women’s Wellness Exchange both elevates and advocates for wellnesspreneurs who work outside of the public health care system who don’t have access to an association or membership community because we shouldn't go it alone.

I'm excited about the community we are creating. We’re lifting each other up, supporting each other and learning from each other through peer-to-peer workshops, women’s circles, collaborations and much more.

I'm honored to bring like-minded women together and really elevate and advocate for women in wellness that empower people to embrace their own health and take better care of their bodies.

I feel privileged to support the women who are supporting so many.

Are you a wellnesspreneur or do you have a favorite practitioner who you think would love some support and promote their business?

We're offering a free 30-Day trial membership in our community until July 31st.

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. Or set up a private meeting with me via Calendly at https://calendly.com/traceymiller
