My sentence speech before Justice O’Mara

Ladies &  Gentlemen, and Justice O’Mara

 

 

I am 54 years old, with a date of birth of September 2, 1958.

 

I came to this country in 1990. My background and history are amply outlined in the appendix of my book made as an exhibit in this trial.

 

Before I came to Canada, everybody in China told me Canada is a free country, there are human rights, freedom, democracy and justice, I was very much looking forward to Canada. Canadian people are nice and friendly and made it like home, not strange.  

 

Idea and things changed dramatically since the year of 2009 when I was first charged fraud by OSC, then the police until the crown attorney successfully secured and convicted me. It took almost 4 years to finish the process and the process was totally unfair  and made me disappointed, mad and angry.

 

 

Today is an important day for me, for my family and my investors and the people of Canada and the world.

 

First, I ‘d like express my special thanks and gratitude to a person, Mr. Huang, he is my surety. I did not know him before and we were totally strangers before he bailed me out from the  Toronto Don Jail.

 

He saw unfairness and my injustice and judicial persecution and stood out and helped me. I was very surprised and so did everybody, I am every thankful and grateful to him.

 

When I was put in the jail and asked my wife to bail me out and my wife found it would hard to find somebody for bail after being convicted by the jury, my wife worked very hard, painful and desperate like the British Journalist who was sexually harassed by a group of animals in the  Egypt's Tahrir Square after election. Suddenly and finally, somebody wanted to help and looking for us and wanted to be my surety. I have saver and rescue worker sent by the God.

 

 

In the last years, especially the last few months, I met some people who are very religious and asked to seek help and protection from the GOD who is the only one who could save me since I am fighting with the authorities and a conflicting interest group, the corrupted and fraudulent judicial system. Everybody asked me to pray and believe in GOD, but nobody help me  when there is injustice and unfairness.

 

OSC and the crown made my case fraud, were successfully made everybody run away from me, even those religious people. They said everybody is watching me and my case, but nobody wanted to touch the evil authorities and the court. People told me that GOD is also watching and always watching us and we have to do our best, GOD will do the rest. I wonder where is the justice and where is everybody?   

 

When Mr. Huang came to help me and save me, I knew GOD  exists and active. Mr. Huang understood the bible and GOD and GOD’s justice and righteousness. He understand the financial system and he is also experienced in the society, he is a businessman with good judgment and vision. He is perfect messenger of the GOD. GOD sent him to me and us.

 

 

When He first met my wife He was very angry with my conviction, and told my wife that I am innocent and suffered an unfair and judicial prosecution. He was angry why Human laws and court act like this, not fair, injustice and no righteousness and he is very worried and angry. He wants to work under GOD ‘s name and instruction and will help to fight the justice and righteousness, not because we are Chinese, but because I am poor or rich and famous.

 

The first we saw each other was in court and knew each other each of us on the stand in court for my bail. The crown wanted to scare him away like always, he was confident and correctly answered the questions of the crown and made the crown speechless. The Honourable justice Alfred O’Marra made the right decision and gave me bail on November 22 so I could prepare my sentence hearing  for today and my wife could go to China to see her father in the last days before he passed away.

 

After I got out of the Toronto jail, where I had no computer, no internet and communication, I met him in person and I was really moved and grateful to him and it is him who saved me and the GOD. I found he wanted me to have justice and fairness and righteousness and he is brave and I admire him and I thank GOD I finally have him. It was so hard to find any help after being charged and slandered and have a horrible name of fraudster, I was totally disabled and helpless. He is very humble, when I wanted to thank him. He told me there is no need to thank him, it is his job to help me since I am innocent. He does not want to see innocent blood and people used as a scapegoat. He wants criminals to be prosecuted and go to jail, but not innocent people like me.  

 

I was very curious why he is so certain that I am innocent. He told me how he came to this conclusion. He said it is very simple and your case is a simple case, not complicated. OSC and the crown made the simple case complicated to make people confused and get you crucified and drive you out from the market and society so they can continue to defraud tax payers. Chairman of OSC makes $600,000, A judge makes over 350,000 dollars a year, a crown who work on my case make $200,000 and there are a quite few of them, tax payer have to pay over $300 dollars a night for jail inmate . A large group of judicial system people work and make money on my case and it is all one sided. The OSC and the crown mislead the public and made government spend a million dollars a year to charge me over $5000. They spend a million dollars to charge me over $5000. They lied to the public that I defrauded investors 50 million dollars, not minus 50 million dollars and a promised 50 million dollars so they can spend as much money as they wish.

 

People say that I do not listen and follow their rules and the human laws which are evil and harmful to the tax payers, to public and to investors. I made them worried and scared and angry, but they have the power and resources and they want to destroy me in totality and crucify me in court.

 

People respect and are very serious and scared of the  honourable judges because people think the honourable judge is working on behalf of the GOD, the Jehova and serve the people so they earn respect, now what I found that a judge a ordinary human, represent interest group, the banks and listed companies, not the public and people. They all want money and live good lives. The judges do not think, do not study and analysis, what they do is to use power to make money and living, the judges are dictator and biased and corrupted. They make simple case complicated to confuse, mislead and cheat the public and tax payers and rape the public.

 

They are the master of our society and the people are not, the democracy is useless under their laws and control. My case is prime example how the system works and for who. The problem is nobody watch them and investigate and stop them, everybody is scared.

 

According to their profession and experience and resources, OSC, the Crown and judges should know my case is very simple, it only take a few week or a few months at most, but they made it last for almost 4 years, it is not interest driven and defraud tax payers? Did they not think? Did not see the injustice, it is for the people? It is for the interest of majority or minority? Does it make sense, common sense? They use the people to control people, not to serve the people and public. Is it not slavery?

 

My judicial experience is very similar to Natasha Smith attacked by a 'group of animals' who stripped her naked. She only escaped after she was handed a burka and men's clothes.  'I was tossed around like fresh meat among starving lions'.

 

Like her I asked the GOD many times , 'Please God, make it stop the judicial assault !' , the British female journalist, 21, describes horrific sexual assault in Egypt's Tahrir Square after election result.

 

OSC and the crown lied and falsified the case, attacked me and no judge stop them, it is my only hope, the GOD and the people, especially the religious people to protect the justice and judicial system and clear my name and other innocent lambs.

 

OSC and the crown not only insulted me, assault me, my name, but also insult my investors and people of Chinese community and Chinese government and even insult the GOD.

 

OSC and the crown not only made me suffered and tortured me for 4 years emotionally, financially, but also made my family, my investors suffer a great deal in finance, emotion and disgrace for the benefit and interest of their own. Not the public and not the good governments. Even US SEC complained our judicial system took too long and wonder why. SEC found no illegal money and finished my case just a few months in 2009, asked my business and my case for “ no admission, no deny” so they were protected themselves.

 

In Canada, everybody in the law society likes cases and do not know how to stop and when to stop because they have the power and always make money and have control at the expense of the people and us, business communities and the tax-payer. Now I found out why we have pay much higher tax than everybody else because we spend too much to create highly paid jobs for the crown and the judges and jail system . We are in a jail society and system and enslaved.  All the justice, democracy is a sale pitch and is a fake. I am the one who has the vision, judgment, justice, common sense and courage and righteousness. You need money to get justice.

 

 

In order to prosecute and make their case, OSC and the crown wrongly isolated and disabled me and restricted me to contact my investors, only a few angry investors, the majority of my investors understand and were supporting me and even wanted to me to continue trading on their behalf. Most of contacts and connections and friends are my investors, they restricted me to contact my investors in order to isolate me and disable me and my defense.

 

They, the OSC, also banned me from trading so I could not make money to live and hire lawyers to communicate and defend in court. The original order was temporarily for 14 days, now it has been 4 years, still called temporarily orders. A fraudster and swindler never would trade, scare to trade, trading is the only tool to prove my innocent and ability, but they stop me to trade on purpose. How can I prove my innocenceif I could not trade, trading is common practice in our society, why stop me? It made me and my investors suffer financially and emotionally for 4 years. It made me have no income, no money to pay tax, no money to pay gas and electricity and no money to pay mortgage, no money to pay bills and no money to pay expense lawyers, no money to help the dying father-in-law and no money to pay his funeral.

 

 

I’d like to ask why a simple financial fraud case took you so long? Is it not a tax fraud, you do not make money from us, but you took huge money from the tax payers, Is it not cheat, deceive?. You gave mountain of documents and papers which are useless and misleading, this is financial case, where is the money, Mr. Crown and your Honour? You spent $5000 a day for almost 4 years and charged somebody fraud over $ 5000 dollars? Did you not see it was under 5000 , minus 50 million?

 

 

Your Honour is sentencing me on the money defrauded, what is the number and your base? What if I did not defraud anybody, it is opposite to fraud, how can you sentence me?     

 

I wonder how the Honourable Justice sentences somebody who defraud investors minus 50 millions, that is mean to give investors million dollars, not took from investors.  All the money is accounted for.

 

 

My surety told me that he sees all these points and unfair and injustice and no righteousness in my case and other cases.

 

The real fraud case is OSC, Nortel, BRE-X, RIMM and other public companies who made investors lost billions of dollars, even trillion dollars from times to times, every few years, where is OSC and its mandate? Did OSC protect investors, or harm investors, or defraud investors?

 

Why everybody has to be the scapegoat of OSC and the fraudulent system, you tell me and the public the truth?

 

Everybody know that all OSC staff, the crown attorney ,and all the judges only have  the power to convict me and  anybody they wanted and send me to jail for their own interest and personal gain and abuse the power to fight and crucify me in the court since they could not afford to lose, their face and the number of compensation to me and my investors will be huge, not million, but ten’s million or hundred of millions for my investors and mine.
