Have you ever been in a situation where making money seemed more important than doing the right thing? A decade ago, I was stuck in this tough spot. A person in my team openly broke the rules, ignoring my attempts to guide them. It was my job to set things straight, but my boss seemed more interested in keeping the profits rolling in than in addressing the unethical behavior. They decided to keep making money was more important than maintaining our principles.

This event shook me deeply, sparking a strong desire to stand up for what's right in leadership roles, a feeling that grew stronger with help from my coach. I spoke up, highlighting the growing problem of choosing money over morals. It was a hard step to take, but it marked a key moment that changed my view on leadership completely. Now, I'm ready to pave a new way in preparing leaders for success, a path that values both achieving goals and upholding moral values.

1. Do It Scared. Do It Messy. Do It Anyway.
