My secret to being Super Productive

Here it is. My secret to being super productive every single day!!

Follow these steps:

1.    Create a list of all activities I do / I need to do – This will include all things you do for a living, necessary to your daily job, things which may need your urgent attention, things which others want you to do for their sake

2.    Mark those which will give you maximum results.

3.    Delegate / Outsource all others which you can.

4.    Cut / Regret all others out without blinking an eye. You will have to be ruthless with this.

Please do all of the above daily in the morning. You can also plan weekly stuff, may be on a Sunday. It will help. Please do try it and give me your feedback. That will be useful for me. Let’s help each other.
